I did not find an indication of how much CF would remain public versus private. There was an indication that referrals to Huber are not public re HRC/Weiner crimes against children.
Of course I wandered around reading other content while searching Qmap.pub.

It must have been in relation to something else then and that’s why I couldn’t find it either. Iirc, it was about only 20% being made public and the rest held behind closed doors otherwise the world would declare war on us and the entire gov would collapse (and others).
There was a large fuss among the annons about that so Q later came back with “we heard you” and updated it to 40% public but very very carefully timed and in stages, iirc.
