A federal judge in Kentucky has reopened the $250 million defamation case filed by a Covington Catholic student against The Washington Post after dismissing it in July, allowing the lawsuit to proceed but narrowing its focus.

U.S. District Judge William Bertelsman agreed to permit discovery on three of 33 allegedly libelous statements in The Post’s coverage of the Jan. 18 incident pertaining to teenager Nicholas Sandmann. The Post has insisted that its reporting was fair and accurate.

____________
Interesting. I wonder why he decided to reopen? Out of the blue?

Maybe, just maybe people in higher places are finally waking up to the fact that the Nazi media and those that work for this garbage need to be reminded that WE have a Constitution and a Bill of Rights and in those two items are Our Protections and Freedoms that we don’t have to be torn apart to ruin our lives and reputations anymore...

Maybe, just maybe, someone is looking at this after seeing Our President work day after day after day with this garbage of Nazi news and realizing that he or she might be next and that doesn’t look or feel to great and they are finally going to get rid of this trash and throw this ‘political correct’ garbage out where it belongs: IN THE TRASH CAN!!!

I heard one of the student’s attorneys on the news this morning say that they gave the judge the full video of the incident. This shows that the media spun the narrative, it was the Native American who confronted the student, not the other way around. This new perspective changed the ruling. .... at least this was my impression of what was said...
