Thank you to everyone who has revived the McMartin case. I remember this being a case of “implanted memories”, where the psychologists supposedly used suggestions to lead the children in the direction of outrageous abuse stories. Now I believe the children — and the belatedly discovered and under-publicized evidence of tunnels consistent with the children’s descriptions.
This country should experience a run on tar, feathers, and rope.

Thank you for the link. I’ll plan to read it in small doses. The McMartin preschool case was the second time I allowed the fake news to convince me there was nothing there. I had already been reading about SRA and then came across books that said only crazy people believed in that.
