Me thinks maybe there are about to be some Positions being eliminated and new ones created. :) I’ve seen in my working Career how Management works around contracts and set asides.

I think this is a purge of more moles and Obama holdovers. “Contractors” have at times had unauthorized access to secured information and computers. Said contractors are not bound by the same ethics and prohibitions to which regular employees are bound. Nice to close that loop hole. :) Some of those contractors are going to have to “learn to code.”
