Civil disturbance would mean anything other than mil attack, I assume. Armed Antifa, jihadis, etc. I wonder where finger wagging fits in.

I’m surprised no one has started a pool guessing when the first FISA etc. disclosures will be published; when the first indictments will be released; when the first famous perps will be arrested.
