Shifty Schiff would have found some way to turn it into a quid-pro-quo operation.
Quid-pro-quo: “Hey, Al-Baghdadi, give up your operations and your people, or I’ll send in the troops to kill you!”. Just a year before the presidential election, Trump would be asking a sworn American enemy to give up or else, he’s gonna get killed, and Trump would benefit. FACT is that some democrats are already saying that exact thing, and Schiff likely will take the lead in the accusations.
There was also collusion with foreign governments in order to get the mission to complete successfully. Even Russia was asked to allow the U.S. planes/helicopters to fly over their airspace for the mission. That’s collusion by democratic party standards. Impeachment to follow.
Or the white house could tell shiff that something big was about go down in the Philippines, so they could run in that direction.
