I love the Sean Connery 007.
I grew up with Sean Connery’s 007.

But the Daniel Craig 007 is probably the most realistic
(if that descriptive can be used of Hollywood) of real world spys.

Craigs 007 is hard edged and gritty.
Connerys is more affable and entertaining

I also grew up with Bond (through Ian Fleming’s books)...

When the first movie, Dr. No came out, Sean Connery was the exact image I had mentally pictured from the books...

That is why he is the ONLY Bond......(for me)

Completely agree! Roger Moore was my first introduction to the character in For Your Eyes Only, which is his best movie. I like Pierce ok, but Craig brought a grit to the role that made it fun again.
