Yes. And the New Zealand talk radio station’s official “royal correspondent” didn’t cite any of those laws, or any precedent or any rules or even the Queen’s stated expectations. Just her own (absurd) opinion that no royal can ever live in any one part of the Queen’s realm because if they do, all the other parts will get jealous.
Since you obviously care SO much, might I suggest that you go do an in depth study of ALL such rules and laws? ;^)
