What the heck is a “royal correspondent”?
They can’t move to one part of the Queen’s realm because that would be showing “favoritism”? That’s ludicrous. If they live in London are they showing favoritism against Cornwall? Do they have to keep moving around the entire British Empire continuously? What if they stay in one city longer than another?
All Royals...ALL OF THEM, live the way they do at the suffrage of the ruler. There ARE laws that govern what they do, go, and get paid or not.
