Good morning. I’ve decided I need a sourdough starter so I found one here:

Which also has instructions for drying it for storage (vacation, sending to friends elsewhere, etc.) and printed that, too. Now I need to find a decent crock for the starter. I still have a lot of sourdough recipes for pancakes, donuts, cakes, etc., so its not like I would have to look hard.
