Have been doing a bit of reading on this ,face masks are what is keeping the infection rate so low in Japan.
Plus it is amusing going to the shop in a respirator.

Those other names have been around for a long time, just looks like someone has played BS Bingo and created a new name for the Local Authorities.
Jurisdictions and responsibilities don’t follow county lines or each other’s boundaries,looks like they may have tidied things up a bit for the time being. But is worth keeping an eye on.
