This video came up in my video feed last night but have never watched this channel before so I was apprehensive on posting this. I caution because this could be disinformation as the derps like that old never let a crisis go to waste, comes to mind.
The reason I give it a little bit of consideration is because of all the unusual things going on in California like you mentioned and more. It makes you wonder if the deep state war is about to go hot in California as they are reporting unusual things going on at the California border with UN troops and equipment. They would be very dumb to try something like that but we do know how desperate they are becoming, with FISA coming out & more, with everything the California government is doing, could be the prep for such a thing.
Like I said, could very well be disinfo but it's better to be cautious and prayers for all of you in California. The lady in the video also explains it could be the deep state is being set up for real treason to come out and exposed since the Q team tells us the good guys are in control.

One might also assume that Blue Helmets might be a possible head fake.
