Airwaves regulated by FCC
It is regarding HAM repeater equipment mounted on CalFire towers. Not frequency allocation or anything directly FCC related. The state wants them to lease the space now instead of providing it for free because “...with constantly changing technological advances, there is no longer the same benefit to State as previously provided.”.
