Can’t the judge be given proof that the mom did not go through rehab and have it entered in the case file?
Problem seems to be the Mediator. She hears it all and is a feminist. Men bad. Women problems come from men. Only the lawyer talks to judge. They can order a substance test at any time in the next month but have to pay for it.
