According to one of the comments she is referring to the "muse" Clio.

"The name Clio is a girl's name of Greek origin meaning "glory". Clio is the name of the ancient Greek mythological muse of history and heroic poetry, one that is rich with modern charm and would make an intriguing choice, especially thanks to its dynamic o-ending."

An Abraham Lincoln wall clock.

Now what the bat was actually talking about, I have NO clue.

“Cleo” was also the name of the dog whose thoughts expressed in words were part of the show in “The Peoples’ Choice,” a sitcom from the early Fifties.
