Just like five states were denied to Trump in 2016 due to third party candidates,
I would be surprised if Gabbard makes a 3rd party run. Though I do agree that there will be a 3rd party candidate (Libertarian ? and Constitution ?) that will hurt Pres. Trump more than the RAT candidate. There were 8286698 votes nationally for some one other than the 2 major parties.
I still don't buy that 3rd party cost Pres. Trump 5 states. It's probably true in MN,NH. Not true for ME. Maybe NV. The rest ?
Stein hurt hillary not Pres. Trump and she wasn't on the ballot in Nevada which probably hurt Pres. Trump
McMullan wasn't on the ballot in 2 of the states.
Pres. Trump would have had to pull:
73% of the Johnson vote in NV to win.
82.26% of the Johnson vote to win NM
