We use maybe twice the cheese, no pimentos, and bake for 40-45 min.

You can experiment and add all sorts of things like cooked hamburger or chicken.

Different veggies too like spinach.

Thanks..this will help. I'm not a hot sauce person at all but I do like chiles..my guys would like the hot sauce. We like gr. onions and olives and pimentos

..do you use the eggs? Thinking pepperoni/hamburger/chicken would be good.
