We need to focus on:

1) homeless veterans in our own country.
2) military families coping with the death or disabilities of their loved ones.
3) military men and women at risk of suicide. (The rates are off the chain.)

A lot of people don’t remember that candidate Trump ran on getting out troops out of the middle east. He was even vocal about it in the years running up to his throwing his hat in the Presidential ring. Besides the wall, it was one of the points people liked, and voted for him because of it. In April of 2018, he publicly stated he wanted to bring the troops home from Syria, so why all this outrage from the other side, along with Republicans, when he’s been nothing but consistent with this stance from day one?

There’s a good chance this whole thing would have been completely avoided had our military leaders simply obeyed his orders almost a year ago when he ordered a withdrawl from Syria.

The generals rushed in with schemes to earmark in exceptions for trainers, advisors, various contractors, etc.

They changed almost nothing. And now here we are, because the US military now openly ignores the Commander in Chief.

They’d be massacring them whether we ever went to Afghanistan, Iraq, or Syria. Who protected the Kurds before 2003? Not U.S. troops.

Hey, LTGM, we agree on something!

The Kurds helped us for their own reasons. They did not help us for altruism. They chose sides with the strong horse hoping to gain favor and advantage for their desires and ambitions.

They used us and we used them. Each for our own purposes.

The MSM has spotlighted a single Special Ops guy who is very upset about this decision and, is using the guy against President Trump.

He is being hailed far and wide by the MSM and the Perpetual War proponents as a man of Moral Superiority.

He has made the mistake of bonding with the Kurds and not remaining mission focused and nothing more.

He doesn’t have the savvy to realize the Libs couldn’t care less about him or his Kurd bonded emotional concerns.

They are using his emotional outbursts and, when he’s no longer useful he will be discarded like old socks by the dems.

They are ...Maoist ...Muslim commies.////

I agree with the muslim part.

Remind me why I should care?////

I remember not too long ago seeing people getting their heads cut off on the evening news with regularity. Trump promised to get rid of ISIS. I heard estimates of 25K troops on the ground to do the mission. Not to mention how to even get them several hundred miles into Syria and then support them.

You should care because teaming up with the Kurds allowed us to get the mission done with about 1K SF types and air strikes. Now Trump can tell the folks at his rallies that he kept his promise.

If in the future a similar situation arises and we need the help of the natives, they might say to us “why should we help you when we’ll just end up like the Kurds?” Then we’re looking at the 25K and up deployment option or allowing an intolerable situation to continue.

According to VDH “the Kurds are our friends but not our allies, and the Turks are our allies but not our friends.” I would say the Turks have a record of being piss poor allies. Time to expel them from NATO. They can team up with putin and his crumbling economy.

The neocon republicans have taken action to boycott and sabotage Trump’s agenda from day one.

Best part of Trump’s speech as to why these endless wars weigh heavy on him. Talks about being with the parents when the bodies are unloaded off the military cargo plane. Very sad stuff....

“I think Mark Levin said something about this being an unprecedented action.”

Mark is highly motivated to protect Israel. Not saying he doesn’t care about America, but he sees the pullout as a potential loss of protection for Israel.

The Kurds ‘didn’t help us’ in Normandy

Did we ask them and they said no?

We fought against both Britain and Canada, who were with us at Normandy.

Remember that?

"Mark is highly motivated to protect Israel. Not saying he doesn’t care about America, but he sees the pullout as a potential loss of protection for Israel. "

So where are any comments from Israel on this? The only thing I've found is this: "Israeli prime minister Netanyahu says 'we will safeguard the security' of the country following the American president's announcement." The only other things that showed up in a Bing search was the swamp going berserk claiming they are worried about Israel...which we know is a big, fat lie.
