La “big belly”....maybe she has liver cirrhosis...with all the drinking, and bizarre statements...it could be...watch that belly...see if it gets bigger...see if has a visible tube (hepato to inferior vena cava)shunt bulging from her neck. Or, ovarian cancer? Whatever, she looks unhealthy.
