I agree. I remember another article with the same problem from this site yesterday. At least that one was posted in chat.
FAKE HEADLINE CLICKBAIT LEADS TO POTTY MOUTHED ARTICLE FULL OF INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE AND NO ACTUAL NEWS AT ALL.
The headline falsely uses the present tense, when in fact the FISA court ruling is already years old. The article this article links to is already a year old.
