Excerpt:
"Regulated parties must know in advance the rules by which the Federal Government will judge their actions.  The Administrative Procedure Act (APA), 5 U.S.C. 551 et seq., was enacted to provide that “administrative policies affecting individual rights and obligations be promulgated pursuant to certain stated procedures so as to avoid the inherently arbitrary nature of unpublished ad hoc determinations.”

This is the second of two "fairness" Executive Orders President Trump signed today.  The Whitehouse released a series of documents which, taken together, are intended to  stop the Deep State from using government to "make the rules up as they go along" and tell the public about it, as the MSM will not report on these new EO's.  These should blow a huge hole in efforts like Pelosi's to "make up" legal processes and requirements and then call for their enforcement. Incredible accomplishment! MAGA!

Section 1.  Policy.  Departments and agencies (agencies) in the executive branch adopt regulations that impose legally binding requirements on the public even though, in our constitutional democracy, only Congress is vested with the legislative power.  The Administrative Procedure Act (APA) generally requires agencies, in exercising that solemn responsibility, to engage in notice-and-comment rulemaking to provide public notice of proposed regulations under section 553 of title 5, United States Code, allow interested parties an opportunity to comment, consider and respond to significant comments, and publish final regulations in the Federal Register."

“Executive Order on Promoting the Rule of Law Through Transparency and Fairness in Civil Administrative Enforcement and Adjudication”

That was such a good presser today. That little baby and Trump said... something about how beautiful that sound was. Thank you for the link. I had Fox on, just to see. Of course Shep cut it off as soon as BPE Trump finished talking, so I muted the tv and went to the live link. I was also curious as to when Fox would come back on. Cowards. I loved it when he thanked Obola for all the empty judicial positions!!
