Cunning actually that the Democrats USED the Whistling Blow Act to pull off a clandestine coup operation under a Protection that prohibits Due Process for their Target.
That WB Act is the Democrats only legal justification for implementing a dirty trick process that confines all adjudication to a committee of Leftists who are thereby free to Engage in a one-sided FRAME UP of a sitting POTUS.
SC would surely come down on the side of the POTUS being denied Due Process and THAT fact constitutionally trumps one Act that protects his accuser, which is Not guaranteed in the Constitution.
That’s why they need Gowdy and HE will become the much needed spokesperson on behalf of the POTUS and in the absence of R Senate voices to defend him. My 2 cents.
