I’d like to have a website started that focused on that in a similar setup to the Wiki pages, with only minor alterations.

So--start one. WIX and a few other places will allow you to build and start your website for free. When you're ready to start posting, Bluehost will give you good prices. I'm told--I don't use it myself--it has good customer service. I do know that, if you want, you can start offering Bluehost services on your website as an affiliate.

There are numerous options for starting your own blog. If you google web hosting sites, you will see a plethora of opinion for starting a blog--one or two of the sites are free. As to the last option, I am told that the free options are the least desirable because the owner of the service can, if he or she so wishes, can take your site back, though I have NEVER heard ANYONE complain about that.

Do something besides complain.

The costs would be prohibitive (to me) to launch and maintain such a site. I don’t have the resources ($$) to do so.
