in my opinion, garbage

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

So you think the DS is involved in just about everything EXCEPT (event not to be discussed)?

Anyway, the primary new info in the article (at least new to me; how 'bout you?) is that Cofer Black, former Director of The National Counterterrorism Center of the CIA, before joining the Mitt Romney team, sits on the Board of Directors of Burisma, the same Ukrainian company that paid the BRIBES to Biden via his son. (Biden of course, has joined the RATS in attacking Trump for attempting to reveal the corruption of Burisma.)

I find this extremely relevant and newsworthy; but, of course, it could be false.

If you think this is FAKE NEWS, then please, by all means, let us know.

I was very pleased with that information and then the article completely changed into the old and, to me, discredited information. The new information, which I believe I’d seen somewhere else but forgotten, was about a sentence long and then I was in the middle of stuff that made me feel dirty. I’m not a conspiracy theory person. And to Baggie, no, I do not consider Q a conspiracy theory. I think of it as a means for many people to make a research contribution and to also contribute to red-pilling a population that is muffled by the main stream media. I have no faith in the DS at all. But there are limits to anything, and I keep making sure I include “my opinion”, that that other topic goes far beyond a reasonable limit.

If you thought it was newsworthy, I would have considered it a better approach to text that one relevant sentence and not link to the entire article. I love Gateway Pundit, but it does that same thing. Headline. Mounds of non-conspiracy but old news. One new news sentence. I always think of GP as the bell to look around for further and deeper information on a topic.

I saw that sentence as a means to pull people into reading Event Not To Be Discussed, and felt tricked into reading as far as I did.

I have no problem with you being a conspiracy theorist, if you are. That’s YOUR opinion and you are have as much right to yours as I do to mine.

Call me dense. I saw the link as both reporting & opinion.
Correct me if I missed something different.

I didn’t even see anything in it that lived up to it’s actual title, either. Possibly some of us are not reading beyond the titles. I do that all the time. Others can tend to see things as they want them to be, but maybe slow to accept how they really are. I have certainly done that, as well.

However, these events unfolding make for a hell of a shock with outcomes, when we’re excessively naive, or residing inside a loop of continuing “normalcy bias”.

This is 21st Century warfare, after all.

I glossed over the 9/11 stuff - I take what I want from an article, and decide what to believe, like most of us..

just because some statement’s in an article, doesn’t mean we ‘espouse it’ or want to disseminate it.

The gist for me was the info about Cofer/Mitt.

It’s anything but fake! You are right there.
Biden and his kid are as dirty as they come.IN one of the most corrupt areas of the world.
One thing that is being ignored is that the Ukraine is a haven for corruption, drug dealing, arms sales, smuggling of every kind. It’s the dirty dealing mecca as bad as you can imagine. It’s also a huge headquarters for the company since they thrive on all of the above.
………………….
The worst corruption occurs at the nexus between business oligarchs and government officials. A small number of oligarchs control 70 percent of Ukraine’s economy, and over the years have captured and corrupted Ukraine’s political and judicial institutions. As a result, a “culture of impunity” was created, where politicians, judges, prosecutors and oligarchs collude in a corrupt system where everyone but the average citizen benefits.
While there are numerous examples of high-level corruption in Ukraine, a few stand out for their sheer brazenness. In one case, $1.8 billion of an IMF loan to Ukraine meant to support the banking system instead disappeared into various offshore accounts affiliated with PrivatBank in Ukraine, which is owned by Ihor Kolomoisky — one of Ukraine’s leading oligarchs.
