I can’t understand how in the name of common sense anybody could take a second whistleblower seriously at this point in time. What is this now? Throwing anything, hoping pleading that something sticks? We live in interesting times.
Understand, but they have laid the groundwork for “whistle blowers” that they like. What if this one isn’t?
