She only said their "tone" must be prayerful, respectful, solemn; she's signaling to her minions how to best manipulate conservative opinion (e.g., "Hey, we gotta at least SOUND decent 'cause MAGAs are watching!"). She is hinting them to pretend to be decent while enacting activities which are not.
