Actually, I haven’t had to go anywhere for a few months. ... yesterday I was informed my project would be rerouted to internal personnel - I have a month to find another role/project/position.
Not a major deal - pretty common in consulting (though it drives the wife up the wall). I’ll have at least 4 month of benefits coming to me while I look for something new.
