Rush Defends Deep State Republicans

Rush just replied to a caller who was dismayed at the fact that it has been 3 years and no one has been indicted (Comey, Hillary, Biden etc. FISA).

I believe that most republicans are very dirty also. I did read something a while ago about Mitch McConnell’s in-laws and their connections to China. Perhaps Joe isn’t the only one who needs to be investigated.

This sounds like a bad hot take. Rush has certainly been asking where the rest of the GOP has been hiding these past 3 years, and he said this as recently as yesterday. I think you are misinterpreting what he is saying.

If the rest of the GOP has been hiding for the last 3 years, why would we ever won't to elect more of them. Maybe I missed what he was trying to say, but he seemed to be resigned to the status quo. He seemed to be saying what Biden did for his son, was the way things are done in Washington.

Did I miss something?

All Rush did was acknowledge the deep state and say it's composed of both Democrats and Republicans.

Rush wasn't 'defending' this status quo. He only acknowledged that's what we're up against (The UniParty).

He said, 'don't expect anyone to be charged because both sides are a part of it and they're going to protect their scam. If you're expecting someone to be charged you're going to disappointed'.

Since we can't expect them to clean-up the mess, Rush said the only solution we have is to vote them out of office.

It's really nothing more than that.

"Why should we elect Republicans when we have seen darn well the Republicans will not do anything against the corruption we are seeing."

Why? Indeed!

The GOP has relied on the fact that in "the booth" rank and file will pull the (R) lever using the logic "Well he/she isn't a Democrat after all!"

I would be, and I am sure others might agree, hard pressed to recall the last time I voted FOR a Republican instead of voting AGAINST the Democrat. Before Trump, whom I believe is a Republican out of convenience, I would have to guess Ronald Reagan.

I agree with your summary.

I agree that Trump must be re-elected, but I cannot believe electing more typical Republicans will have any effect on the corruption we have seen (Clinton foundation, Biden and son etc.). Three years, no justice. Caller was right, Rush defended status quo.

WE NEED THE TAX RECORDS OF POLITICIANS WHO BECAME MILLIONAIRES!
Curious how many of these folks ENTER Congress with a moderate net worth and come out MULTI-MILLIONAIRES?

Totally nailed it. There used to be oversight on this stuff but not anymore.

As to the all the Rush bashing happening today can someone tell me who has the larger audience and or platform to replace him? Oh that’s right no one! Sometimes we have to really listen to what people are saying and quell the emotional baggage we all bring to the political theater.

that’s my two nickels anyway...

Plus trying them before many of the present judges and a DC jury would make the prosecutors look like fools.

Just as a good general waits until he has the proper weapons and all of the support equipment in place, a good attorney general will do the same.

Everyone should check out George Webb Truth Leaks on You Tube.

Once you take the time to understand the information offered there, it gives you a pretty good explanation for why it seems like nothing is being done.

It's the MAGNITUDE of the problem . This is just not something that will be resolved easily, or quickly.

(FYI:Couple of others: Redpill78 and TRUreporting have some interesting info as well)

That said, I don't see how winning elections will have consequences, if the people elected do nothing. That would result in no consequences.

If President Donald J. Trump, the person with the power to make the decisions, doesn’t wish prosecution against these figures to be pursued, then Rush Limbaugh is simply being a loyal American. I can’t believe people are criticizing him.

He’s going to go from being ahead of the curve to behind the curve. That transition is usually quite sudden.

I for one, love RUSH and think he is doing a great service to America.
IF you don’t like him and call him a blow hard, don’t listen. Turn your radio or computer off, and listen to CNN.
Rush has done more for Conservatives than any one person.
I hate to think of him ever being off air.

That is all fine, but how will it be done. The Congress GOPers are not interested either due to their own skeletons in the closet or that the GOP has been for close to a century interested in ‘stability’ which is to say making the usual deals. In many ways the Republicans have changed little in basic orientation since Rutherford Hayes and they like it that way. Unfortunately this set of tried and true posturing is being seen for what it is by many Rep. loyalists. This is part of the general ‘crisis of the ruling class’ which the Beltway denizens are as blind to as the courtiers at Versailles were to the looming problems in France in 1788.

If the US does encounter some sort of catalytic crisis series there will be real time violent trouble which will likely end in some sort of martial law regime.

Agree. I am not saying that Rush is an any way bad, or I don't like Rush.

What I am saying is that I agree with the caller saying that after 3 years, there has been no justice for what really appear to be crimes. Why would anyone think it would take longer than 3 years? Rush basically said that Biden and son corruption was pretty much the way business is done in Washington on both sides of the isle. He then said we have to win many more elections.

He lost me there. What good would that do in ending corruption? That makes just no sense.

He seemed to defend the status quo, in in this case is behind the curve of anti-corruption societal evolution.

I think the problem is, the Rats are using the GOP “go along and get along” tack to wreck the country and move it toward an intolerable level of crony capitalism, lining their own pockets in the process. They can’t corral their greed; hence, Hunter Biden gets a $1,5 billion deal with the Chinese while the Rats refuse to realistically address the problems of average citizens. The public is beginning to understand the magnitude of the larceny and have grown weary of pulling the wagon of loot.
