It was murder by Texas law which only requires “intended to kill”

Nearly all women of a sexual age go lesbo in prison voluntarily

It’s intimacy and soothing

Ask any CO who’s worked women’s prison

The opposite of a man’s joint where most homosexual sex is coerced

That cop in Minneapolis is a “protected” species......mooselimb, somali, not white trailer. So he’s free, and she’s munching carpet.

He's in jail, convicted of murder and manslaughter.

“it was an accident“

No it wasn’t. By her own admission she intentionally pulled the trigger.

“Not a Texas statute.”

Actually it is. It’s right here:

Have you ever been right about anything?

"If it was murder, what was the reason?"

Yeah...Motive, why did she do it.. I would think murder would be hard to prove without the motive.. I've done a lot of stupid stuff by accident in my days....

Professional NASCAR drivers get into and cause accidents off track.

Ok what are saying is she woke up that morning said to herself, "I am going fake like I went to the wrong apartment and kill that stranger. For fun."

Does that make any kind of sense?

"Started to irk me when Pennsylvania passed a law mandating longer sentences for killing a police DOG."

The idea of turning dogs loose on humans burns me up..! And your not allowed to defend yourself against them.?? I believe it's in the state of Texas where you have a right to defend yourself against deadly force from ANYONE, even from the police... (?)

"If it is/was a victory, it should be a victory for ANYONE that would have the nerve to sit in his/her own living room, to make sure the IDIOT that came into his/her house and shot him/her dead was properly ‘punished’."

If "IDIOTS" were punished for being idiots I would get out of jail until the next century..

"Involuntary manslaughter."

I believe you to be correct in your assessment.. Unless, of course, another motive can be found..

"In retrospect his sentence [Dan White] should have been longer for giving Diane Feinstein's career its big opportunity (she became mayor after Moscone's death)."

I like the way you think... :)

That’s why I didn’t understand the murder charge. Manslaughter, yes.

Amber needed help with her numbers

Little Miss Millennial was sexed up and on her phone, thinking about her lover, hoping to get boned.

Hmm, I thought there would be a string of “Not Guilty” comments.

She’ll get passed around Like a party favor in prison.

= = = = = = = = = = = = =

I may not be interpreting the above correctly but

ARE you saying that if one got convicted for stupidity YOU would be in jail ‘forever’?

I had said in an earlier comment that race has to be thrown out of this....
SHE simply went to the wrong apartment and shot the legal resident dead because she THOUGHT she was home.

Now - let me play Devils Advocate.]

Lets say the Black Gentleman came home from a hard night/days work, went into the wrong apartment and shot the Blond Cop for being an intruder.

Even HERE, about the ONLY conversation ‘we’ would be having is how many life sentences should HE serve.

My main point being she is a SUPPOSED trained Police Officer who should be held to a higher standard than Joe Civilian.
