The younger generation is a mess.

Yup. And each day a few more of us meet the Grim Reaper.
Once they reach 50.001% of the voting bloc it will be GAME OVER.

Unless we can find some way to reach them, which apparently can only be done via social media. I guess Silicon Valley Leftists have taken care of that.

This is West Tennessee, Memphis area
East Tennessee is still relatively sane
The NE corner of TENN. is closer to Canada
than to the SW corner
From the Smoky Mountains,
over the Cumberland Plateau
to Mississippi River valley
is a LONG way

One problem
Our local HS elected a guy to be Homecoming Queen. The problem was the Homecoming King was a large black athlete. The King made it clear there would be none of the usual things like dancing or even walking together. The school was pretty much powerless to do anything except be sad for their predicament. They couldn’t showcase their progressiveness or express their outrage at a homophobic King.
The next time it happened, the King was a Pakistani tennis player who was nationally ranked. Same sad scenario for the school.

That is in a Memphis high school... Memphis is not Tennessee. It is its own country. Rep. Steve Cohen, the idiot that pulled the Colonel Sander chicken eating stunt, represents these Memphis people.

Actually. it was in the 1780’s when people visited asylums (which were nothing but prisons for the insane) to be `entertained’ by lunatics.

But it was the long term madness of King George III, who veered from lucidity to lunacy for nearly fifty years, and the attempts to treat what even he called “my tedious illness”, led to the birth of modern psychiatry and the eventual treatment of the mentally disturbed as victims, not freaks.

Anyway, today’s high school administrators surely qualify as certifiable nutcases. Between their coddling of faggies and libraries allowing drag queens to read to children, we are a truly sick society in which the moral & rational ones are a receding minority.

At least there seems to be a home coming actual queen in the background.

Liberals were surprised to see LGBT support falling in the years since Obgerfell, especially among young women. Why? Because they said sure, you can get married, too, and were immediately confronted by crazy dude in the bathroom and told they’re evil bigots if they don’t go along with it.

That equality to love who you want led IMMEDIATELY to guys who identify as women winning women’s awards from high school sports to professional awards. Shut up, women, you’re privileged to be cis-gender. Don’t like crazy dudes in the women’s shower and women’s shelter, you’re the one who needs to be excluded, shamed and shunned. All while your peers silence their discomfort and give up privacy, because you’re bad if you don’t make sure the nut feels good about themselves.

Any culture that accepts this lifestyle as normal deserves whatever horrors befall it. It reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw one time:

“SAN FRANCISCO - Proof that God owes Sodom and Gomorrah an apology”

Sad, because when I was a teenager growing up in the Mid-South, Memphis was the city we went to for concerts and to have fun. These days, you can still go to Beale Street, AutoZone Park or the FedEx Forum, but if you wander 4-5 blocks away, you’re taking your life in your own hands.

A few years ago, I was part of a military education conference (sponsored by the Navy) in Memphis. I stayed with my son and daughter-in-law in northern Mississippi, but most of my colleagues were billeted at the Marriott downtown, about a mile from Beale and the entertainment district. As part of the “safety” brief, they were instructed to travel to Beale only in POVs—avoid the bus or trolley—and go in groups. No walking anywhere at night outside the hotel perimeter. And this was about eight years ago; it has only gotten worse since then.

Most people who could afford to get out of Memphis left a long time ago. There’s been a big building boom in northern Mississippi; DeSoto County was one of the fastest growing counties in America over the last decade, and now the migration has spread from Southhaven to Hernando and Olive Branch, and it will reach Senatobia very soon (as I recall, Senatobia is about 45 miles from Memphis). Same thing is happening east of Memphis, in places like Fayette County.

The next “step” in the evolution of Memphis will be the long-predicted giant earthquake along the New Madrid fault that will level the city, and have the same effect that Katrina had on New Orleans. The threat of a massive quake has been there for centuries, but to my knowledge, Memphis and surrounding environs have never adopted building codes that would allow many houses and smaller structures to survive the shaking.

The younger generation is a mess.

I recently had a conversation with some of the twenty-something girls in my office. Not one of them planned to have any kids, even the one that is engaged to be married.

We are dealing with a generation that has been brainwashed into thinking that children are a curse.

“It was such an incredible thing to witness. It was a moment of acceptance and validation for the LGBT+ community from our entire school.”

Just what this world needs, more acceptance and validation. Producing a generation of fools who will be unable to protect themselves from those pushing the agenda. They will truly have no brains to recognize what they have given away. Those in the extreme MAJORITY remaining, will hopefully be a bit less accepting and validating of this evil.

I live in Shelby County! The “Optional” White Station High School where you have to have academic achievement to get into the prep courses. Asians and Caucasian have dominated those Optional courses until a few years ago when the black dominated school board lowered the standards so more blacks could get in those courses.

Over all and currently, there are more than 2,569 students at White Station: 31% are Caucasian, 44% are African American, 9.1% are Asian or Pacific Islander and 11% are Hispanic. The optional part students comes from all parts of Shelby County. It used to be high academics in 1-8 grades plus a lottery system. With the lowering of standards not sure how they are doing it now.

My step grand kids went to the White Station Optional part and both graduated several years ago with high honors and both went into the medical field. One is a surgeon and one is almost finished with Psychiatrist Medical degree. The demographics changed drastically in the classroom in the last few years. So glad they graduated before the lowering of standards.
