Actually he was fired from WH after being discovered (Apparently hired/ transferred cya PLANT just weeks before Trump inauguration — Brennan/OBAMa doings ). It’s my understanding from a video I watched last night that a disgruntled employee cannot file a whistleblower complaint. There’s a question about whether the CIA kept him on staff (thus not firing him). If that’s the case then CIA involved will also have to face the music!
