White House is expected to send a letter to Pelosi today arguing it doesn’t have to comply with any impeachment-related requests because the House never took a formal vote codifying the parameters of an impeachment probe.
Today is deadline for Pompeo to provide documents related to the impeachment probe to Hse Cmtes. We do not expect the administration to comply. Such a refusal could help House Democrats craft an article of impeachment around obstruction of Congress.
