I was at the kidney Dr today. Our kidneys are responsible for making red blood cells. If my hemoglobin goes below 10 they give me a shot of prokrit. Once his kidneys go on the mend his red blood cell count will be better. Keep him low salt and low protein. And be sure he gets B12 daily.
Praying for you. He’s a lucky man to have you by his side. I’m on my own, but God takes good care of me. Prayers!
