Did the House vote to change their rules on impleachment? Or is this theoretical so far? Pelosi can’t just do it by fiat.

Every new Congress has to adopt rules at the beginning of the session. Usually they just continue the rules that were in place in the previous session, but they can modify any that they want to.

Pelosi modified them back in January of 2019, and very few people noticed it.

Sundance, at Conservative Treehouse did, and has been pointing it out ever since then. Here's his article from January 2, which has the most detail on the actual rule changes.

and gave a link to an early article about the “new” house changing rules.

maybe I was shadow banned....that’s ok...sometimes I’m the only one who understands me...and when I say it out loud, I can hear how goofy some of it is...
