Unlike some, I find that I am not unhappy with the timing
of declassification, so far.

It's already resulted in a steadily building positive shift
of "Corruption Awareness", globally.

Our President is educating the Nation, and the Planet, on his
schedule. A schedule that aims to leave as few behind as
possible.

I know! Had he declassified it months ago, we would not be in this position. They saw his failure to declass as a weakness and took the opportunity.
