Apple’s plan that people would pay for privacy (not security) has failed.
They should move on.
I’m not sure you understand the article. Apple is giving its users the ability to know when they are being tracked along with the additional ability to block that tracking. That’s good news for the users and bad news for Google and Facebook (and similar apps) which I consider to be “bad actors”.
