If I recall, there is a “Bong Recreation Park” just to the west along this stretch of I-94 around Kenosha.

I would wager this has something to do with the bizarre driving behaviors in this area.

You mean the amateur rocket launching site? Haha, I’ve been there a couple times and it has nothing to do with pot smokers.

Richard Bong was a WWII hero pilot from Wisconsin. He was killed testing fighter planes before the end of the war.
