Uh that sounds more like crowd killing than control. Maybe they don’t want to use tanks anymore. What a horrifying tool.. and can you imagine Aunti Fa getting hold of such a weapon??

Uhh ... no. There's a kid in my neighborhood with one of those things in his car (allegedly a sound system).

Ultra low frequency blasts shake the timbers of my house and batter my internal organs whenever he passes by, usually at about 5 miles per hour it seems ... or maybe it just seems that way because of the range of this weapon.

Honestly, I don't see how the driver of this vehicle can survive. Maybe it's a robot.

Very similar to a weapon developed in “Atlas Shrugged” by Ayn Rand. And yes it was a horrifying weapon.
