You will be wishing for an Impossible Burger in a few more years. I fully expect one of the major fast food chains to
come out with a ‘Burger’ made of BUGS!!
Yes, I said, BUGS, as in crushed up Crickets or from flour made from Meal Worms. They won’t use the word BUGS in the Ads, though. There will be emphasis on ‘Natural Proteins of the Ecosystem”, or something indirect and nicely nebulous as that.
There was already a guy on Shark Tank peddling flour made from crickets. That was a few years ago and I’m pretty sure he got a deal.
But, but bugs have feelings, too!!!!!!
