Is it just me that thinks, 30 minutes in, this Horowitz hearing is set up to be a colossal yawner? A promotional for the office of IG? Disappointing so far.
If it weren't set up to be colossal yawner, the seats on the dais and in the audience would have been filled. The IG is here to lay out the usual boilerplate about his office. He's not going to reveal anything explosive at this point.
That won't come until later in the process when declassification arrives.
