I’m guessing “Magic Russians” are part of the Deep State’s budding effort to explain away proof that Russians did NOT hack the DNC server. I think it’s also their attempt to deny that the US gov. was FOR SALE under the Deep State’s lackeys - so voila! Magic Russians:
