President Trump has spoken recently of how we need to focus more on addressing severe mental illness. Here's a conviction for a Texas Hospital stealing 16 million dollars by filing fake claims for "intensive outpatient treatment for severe mental illness. " So sad that the DS has been living the high life partly by stealing money from programs for the mentally ill. This must be why Chelsea Clinton once said she can't make herself care about money.
