"Derp" as used on this board is derogatory term for Deep State players. Someone like McCabe would be a classic "derp". The dictionary definition includes "foolishness or stupidity", which is how most here view the actions of the Deep State.
If you say something someone disgrees with they may accuse you of being a derp.
