Sanders unveils $2.5 trillion Housing for All plan
***************
Why not just give everyone a million or so to live on?
Simple you will have the same results. Two individuals can earn the same salary, but it’s the decisions about how to use the money that determines if the individual is successful. That’s why many lottery winners end up broke after a few years.
The same is true of all Americans.
We are all given the opportunity to get the same education and moral guidance, as others around us (determined by location), but some ignore what is taught, some half learn the lessons, and some take the lessons to heart. How one uses the opportunities afforded them in live determines the future.
We all have to live with the results of our good or bad decisions in life. I can’t spend my life envying those around me. It’s called coveting what others have and we are expressly told not to do so by scripture.
Yes there are those who don’t have the opportunity to succeed as others. But in the US, we see those who come from less than good environments succeed every day.
We also see those with all the opportunities available, fail, simply because of bad decisions, those making excuses for them, and never having to live with the consequences of their decisions.
