agree to a call to introduce Yermak on 07/22/2019.
"The" Phone call with Pres. Trump is 07/25/2019
and Volker talks with Zelinskyy on 07/26/2019.
Whistle-blower doesn't mention Yermak except for an 08/02/2019 meeting with Rudy in Spain - why ? They've supposedly already been introduced.

Trouble with what I am seeing is, a case could be made for Rudy being "the bag man", setting the chess board up and choreographing the moves.
