No. With 98% of the vote counted, Gantz's margin of victory increased and he has declared victory. The Blue and White Party will be the largest in the Knesset with two seats more than Likud.
Gantz has turned down Netanyahu's "offer" to share the premiership with him. (Netanyahu offered to share the prime minster slot with Gantz if he (Bibi) were to serve first. I believe this is called "chutzpah").
Gantz also repeated that Blue and White could form a unity government with Likud if, and only if, it is without Netanyahu.
Lieberman is still on track to be the "king maker".
