The president greeted supporters and military members who had gathered on the tarmac for a few minutes before the pool was taken to an osprey. Pool is taking this to the San Diego airport, and from there we will proceed to the fundraiser site.

Subject: Out of town pool report #8: Motorcading to fundraiser site
Osprey touched down at San Diego International Airport at 11:55 and Marine One was spotted rolling to a stop on the tarmac at noon.
Pool was then ushered into vans and the motorcade is rolling at 12:05 p.m. for the US Grant Hotel, where the president has a lunch event.
