One has to be fairly poor to consider $1300.00 a lot of money. Sounds like she needs to downgrade from cocaine to crack.

Try her as adult and put her away for 10-20. Maybe she won’t be a spoiled narcissistic brat when she comes out of prison.

I would hope her parents disown her and make her an orphan. Just not the way she envisioned.
