Pfeiffer said he doesn’t know “a soul at CIA or NSA who would tell you that the reorganizations have made things better.”
He is also running as a Democrat. Who is going to hold a rally for him, Elizabeth Warren?
What spy or intelligence operative anywhere would feel secure if he or she knew that their true identity and activities were entered into a computer data base however “secure”. Security is a delusional myth in huge organizations such as the Pentagon, CIA, NSA and the FBI.

Its clients have included Saudi Arabia’s absolute monarchy, Turkey under the autocratic leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and corruption-plagued governments in countries like South Africa.
In Ukraine, McKinsey and Paul Manafort — President Trump’s campaign chairman, later convicted of financial fraud — were paid by the same oligarch to help burnish the image of a disgraced presidential candidate, Viktor F. Yanukovych, recasting him as a reformer.

It also disclosed numerous hedge funds that had been McKinsey clients when they were lenders to other companies that filed for bankruptcy.
