She needs to move by me. I smoked a brisket and pork butt yesterday and had a large fan blowing to keep the smoke from the patio.

Some Church friends got transferred to Belgium in the 90's.

They contracted with a butcher in Chicago to ship beef over, got a local fabrication shop to build a smoker and had mesquite wood shipped from Spain.

Neighbors were jealous.
